I agree with Ronald’s comments and would add - focus on results more than experience, tailor those results as closely as you can to the specific job you’re applying for and network with people at the target company or in the target industry to see what hiring managers are looking for and how best to express it in a resume. Bruce, There is a saying "What have you done for me lately?" It is apropos to you. Focus on the near-term. Highlight only your more recent accomplishments that support the job you are seeking. Allocate very little space on your resume to what you did/accomplished more than say 7 years ago. Best of luck.
