Has solar energy hit its peak or is there opportunity for more growth in this energy sector?

BP does not believe that solar energy has peaked and we continue to see new opportunities emerge on a regular basis. BP recently acquired a 40% share of a solar company, now named LightsourceBP. They recently teamed with the State of Pennsylvania to develop a large solar farm in the State. I think we'll see more and more of these types of opportunities.
In addition, BP has the ambition to be a NetZero company between now and 2050. I believe that will involve continuing to develop alternative technologies to provide heat, light and mobility to the world.
