I have started in warehouse/office to sales rep, to national sales manager(100 salesmen) to VP Marketing to EVP Design and International sourcing to President of a small business. 5000+ nights in hotels, 5M miles flown, 20 countries.
Now very energetic, creative, wide awake 75 looking for part time something interesting.

I remember this issue and learned very quickly not to mention the blue and the yellow shoe strings, only the blue. Overqualification is a real issue.
Yet as one other veteran mentioned, you may try board as I am on several. They pay between $350 and $550 per hour, depending upon specialty, need, stage of funding.
