I have used glassdoor and other websites, but it is tough without a direct connection to an organization via networking.

I start my retirement transition leave on 17 April and will be moving to Rockland county, NY. Will be ready to start with a new organization by 7 May.

I asked my D&I Director and got:
"DiversityInc Carolynn Johnson; and look at all major corporations in NYC and most of them have D&I functions, also check with Cornell University and Georgetown University (degree/cert offered in D&I) to see if they have any D&I postings from other companies."
Unfortunately, my company has minimal work in NYC.
