Science and technology continuously progress, offering enterprises new production technologies annually that can increase the profit. To reap the full benefits, you need to organize personnel training systems and implement employees monitoring software (https://www.worktime.com/). All this will fundamentally transform all HR processes, actively utilize data analytics, take staff needs into account, and respond quickly to feedback and issues.

Hi Sundas!
I'd love to help. I've been in the IT field since 2000, focusing mainly on the under-served market of residential IT. I've written a book that explains the concepts of IT in Plain English and exposes some follies of the industry. I've also created a certification for residential IT, since there's only one other go-to certification that is painfully outdated.
Inbox me if you want to know more, best of luck.

I have been in IT my entire carrier. Today, it is a large area. So many types of opportunity. Send me a resume or we could chat on the phone. You will need a bachelors degree for the long term. Service firms may be the way to go, since most companies outsource a lot of IT work. If you want to be successful, like anything else, you need to know your business. You will be found out if you over sell your skills.

Can you be more specific about what you're looking for? I've been in the IT field for 35 years, but it's a broad area.
