The first response you received from Mr Elwood is spot on and I would make the same recommendations. If you’re truly interested in that role, carve out some time to tailor your resume. It really does help. Good luck!

Good Morning Teo,

The best thing I can say is to take the time and tailor your resume for each position that you're hoping to apply for. Yes, it takes time but nothing ventured nothing gained. The key to remember is to incorporate key words and phrases from the posting into the resume that you're submitting.

Also don't forget to follow-up. Find the posting or poster on LinkedIn and reach out. Some say don't do that but I have always found it important to show the initiative.

Kind Regards,

Christopher Elwood, MBA
