Asking because I don’t have all my uniforms to turn back in I’ve been in for 3 years 11 months and I’m getting admin sepd a month before my original EAS date So all the “issued” uniforms got replaced with my own money so if I get my dd 214 before They make me turn in can I Leave or just do the right thing and get my money taken away

Josh,

You don't get your DD214 until you're fully out processed, including turning in all your gear.

Best way to ensure what you need to do is to ask your Gunny or your S-1 shop.
