Do you have any advice for retired senior military leaders looking to transition into the entertainment/news industry? I've looked at the job site and it seems most positions are for either entry-level employees or seasoned media professionals with lots of prior experience with media companies. Are there any avenues to bring my transferrable organizational leadership skills and creative talents to the organization without starting at an entry level position?

Hi David! This is a really good question, and I love the fact that you brought up that you're looking at your transferable skills/talents. Would you mind sharing what types of roles you've been looking at? Feel free to message me privately.
