I am starting the transitioning process from military to civilian (retiring Feb 2020). I have been approved by the headquarters supervisors to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program starting in September 2019.
I am currently based and located in Long Island, New York, and very interested in starting my next career in a management role within the IT field. My background includes Intelligence communication, Instructor roles, and over 10 years of leadership and management.
Does BP offer internship opportunities for veterans in their IT or HR department?

BP is currently working with Hiring our Hero's through their Skill Bridge program called The Corporate Fellowship Program. This is a 12 week internship.
We also have the Military Placement Program that is a 12 month paid internship in our Trading and Supply business. I can send you information on this program which has all program details and application timelines.
We also have many internships but these our mostly targeted to college students, or early careers.
