I'm conducting a survey to validate an industry problem within the cyber-security community and would like some responses to help me confirm or deny my hypothesis.

Hi Jay,
Thank you for your service.
I specifically work within the application security domain of cyber, and can confirm that there is not enough talent to fill the hiring demand. Organizations struggle to hire and retain skilled application security professionals, which is why many turn to managed services for their application security needs.
Feel free to drop me a private message if you would like to discuss further.
A talent gap is a shortage of professionals within an industry. Accessibility refers to how many companies have a set schedule and lacks 24/7 availability. Also, this refers to how there is usually a tedious process to acquire professionals such as contracting a company which could be a lengthy process while the problem continues to exist.
Talent gaps refer to the fact that there are many more cybersecurity positions to fill and not enough personnel to fill them. Accessibility refers to how if a company requires CS services, they either have to have a budget to afford the experts or contract personnel which takes time to complete. It's not readily available such as a 24/7 option.
Hi Jay. I need a definition of "talent gaps" and "accessibility", so my response makes sense.
