Hi, Denise,
I follow explicitly the information, training and advice of Ron Mueller who has https://www.homebusinesstaxsavings.com/
His site can help clarify what would work best for you as a small business owner.

S Corp makes it easier to hire employees, but if you will be by yourself you would probably do better with an LLC

I went to Dave Ramsey's site and he suggests:

S-Corporation for small businesses mainly for liability reasons and payroll tax benefits.

Hi Rita, after browsing the site, most of the information is at a cost.

I was looking for a simple read that explains the s-corp tax benefits.

Thank you for your response.
