I'm at a point professionally and personally that I think I could really benefit from a coach that focuses on goal setting/mindset/accountability/etc. Does anyone have a recommendation?

I have been a mentor with ACP for some time now, They have a very good program where they can match you with a mentor, who can help you through most situations from transition to goal setting. I know I have worked with several people and find it very rewarding. I would recommend reaching out to them and seeing if that is something you would like to pursue.

Thank you gentlemen! I did submit the ACP application, so I'm excited to keep moving through that process.

Taryn,

I am a International Certified Mentor and would be honored to have an initial conversation with you regarding what you are looking for. If you wish you can reach out to me at doug.lawrence@talentc.ca and we can go from there.
