I have a B.S. in Healthcare Management from NYU. I was also enlisted in the Army for 6 years, Honorably Discharged. I have applied to over 100 jobs both in and out of the field I have studied for 6 months. I am mainly applying to entry-level jobs and positions where I believe I have qualifications in. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is there any advice on how I can be looked at for applied positions?

Andrew's advice is sound. In today's recruiting environment, when you respond to an opening you are just one more in the stack.
To avoid this you have to take a different approach. First, make sure you have created a networking group of your contacts, acquaintances, etc. You should be able to develop a list of 200 people
Second, when you learn of or see an opening don't send your paperwork. Instead, send a broadcast note to your network asking if they know anyone at the target company. If they do, ask your network person if they wouldn't mind sending your resume over to the person they know in the target company and ask that person to forward.
This will result in the person with the opening a chance to see your information. Gives you much higher odds of a hit. You can always go back later if there is an interest and do the HR thing.
This a brief overview but it does work.
