I am transiting from the army to the civilian world and I need some advice. my resume is for law enforcement and I need a set of eyes to see if I missed something or if I need to edit the resume to the job I will be applying to.

Thank you for your service. My advice is to search for position descriptions and make sure that you are using key words that the company is seeking. Some of the companies i have met tell me to use this method because they are using OCR, optical character recognition to match the companies' key words vs. your resume. Once you have applied for a specific position try to locate the Veterans Recruiter at that company. If you need help in locating the VR, send me a note at GWST32@Gmail.com and I will try to help you.
