I have 23 years experience in the Training Facilitation field and am looking for a company in the San Antonio Texas area that I could contact for a position such as a Corporate Trainer/Facilitator.
I currently hold a A.A.S. degree and pursuing my B.S. Degree.

Most of the oil companies have excellent training for their personnel, and with your background and a Texas address, I think they would be a natural. Most of the big companies have excellent benefits, good career opportunities and a good salary. I was in the oil business for all of my career, and found it to be challenging, financilally rewarding and provided great experience for someone that wanted to venture out of the business. I would locate the companies in Texas and go on their websites, where they have jobs posted. Even if there aren't any jobs posted, you can find the appropriate people to contact. You might want to check out the American Society for Training and Development (www.astd.org) and see what they can offer you. I am sure they have a chapter in San Antonio that would welcome you as a member. The national org's website includes an extensive "job bank" that may be helpful to you, too.
