Looking for advice on how to find the right RIA to work at as a Financial Planner in Denver/Boulder

Veteran

Chad Sheiner Arvada, CO

Within the next 8-12 months I am separating from the Air Force and going into the Financial Planner industry. I am highly interested in working for a small RIA as a "Fee" only planner in the Denver/Boulder/Golden areas of Colorado. Any advice regarding the first couple of years in the industry is appreciated. If anyone has any connections in the industry in the Denver metro area that would be very helpful.

I am currently on course 3 of my 6 courses for my CFP certificate.

Thank you

Hi Caitlin,

Thank you for the response. I will utilize that function to narrow it down.
