I've found a couple resources that may provide some clarity in regards to additional HR certifications, including those dealing with the training of employees:
https://fitsmallbusiness.com/best-hr-training-providers/ - This site provides an overview of a number of training programs. These options do come with costs and eligibility requirements, but certain courses, through SHRM and HCI (see below) do cover employee training.
http://www.hci.org/hr-training-courses - This site covers a number of options for training provided directly by HCI.
Of course, ACP AdvisorNet is an excellent resource here as well. By using our Community page you can get in contact with HR professionals that have possibly experienced exactly what you are looking for.
