What are some of the day to day activities of a Human Resources Supervisor and/or Manager?
Hi Phillip - HR at one company can vary a lot from HR at another company depending on a variety of factors including the company size, type of employees, culture, type of employer, etc. HR Managers may oversee things like general HR including compensation, benefits, performance management, training, succession planning, recruitment, etc, or they may be stewards of culture and growth, or you may find them playing more of an HR Business Partner type role. Additionally, HR Managers may have more nuanced roles including overseeing just one aspect of HR vs more of a generalist viewpoint.
