You may wish to become active on LinkedIn. I did find a Lenny Valera on LI, but the profile was limited and in Spanish. LinkedIn or ACP are both good advocates in getting your skills and value documented so you then can market them. I am going to assume you have have a few years left on your contract, use them to build value in how you accomplish things as a team player and leader. Companies want to see $%#.
