SEEKING ADVICE HOW TO BETTER FUNDRAISE - Civilian Ready On Day One Workshop

Veteran

Eddie Dunn Highland Lakes, NJ

I need help on how to better fundraise and find resources to deliver this life changing, transformation workshop that addresses the pre-employment condition of "re-entry" for veterans. This program is specifically designed to address three key areas of Cultural Assimilation, Emotional Intelligence and Vocational Alignment. I've built the conceptual framework with a strategic and actionable approach that gets results. The end state is to have all transitioning military, veterans and military spouses accelerate the acquisition of their new civilian identity and new civilian destiny to become a first choice premium talent in the marketplace.

Hello Sam...appreciate the question. At a high level, in the early development phase: I need approximately $500K to build and test the efficacy of the model, over a 6 - 12 month period, broken down as follows:

1. Development of framework - specific labor, time and materials to be produced and taught in a live workshop setting.

2. Delivery of model in a 1 day live transformation workshop in 5 - 7 locations, set over targeted states where access to transitioning military, veterans and spouses would be readily available.

3. Technology interface with core group of employers who will hire them post workshop - I have a next gen talent platform with a partner of mine who is ready to do this.

4. Agreement with major university for a research project to create a stronger and more compelling body of evidence of the pre-employment condition and psychology of "re-entry" to reinforce these transformation workshops as THE soulution.

This is no longer about "transition" but truly about TRANSFORMATION that is key to understand here...Once we prove the model and it's place in a scalable infrastructure approach, second phase will be improvement and expansion across the entire country.

Does that help?

How much money are you trying to raise, and what will it go towards?
