Terria - Wellness programs are usually handled by HR. Many HR professionals are members of SHRM (https://www.shrm.org/). They are also run by insurance companies like Humana, Aetna, and Cigna. I would imagine that insurance companies outsource this to companies like yours. You should also establish relationships with local health care facilities, nutritionists, and even local fitness centers.
