I started a company a few months ago with the goal of revolutionizing the world of Information, Personnel, and Physical Security. The company is based on 8 years of research, market validation, and a whole bunch of other stuff that will bore most people, but the gist - security leadership in almost every organization wants and needs this.
The goal of "fixing" an industry is quite grand. And, while we're starting out small and doing the whole "baby steps" thing, even the Minimum Viable Product is more of an undertaking than the current 9 people in the Company can pull off in the timeframe things would be ideal.
As such, I'm looking for more mobile developers to join us (initially working for equity... but, if everything works out, that should only last for 4-6 months) and make it happen.
Specifically - we are looking for people who can create complex native code (Java/Kotlin and/or Xcode/Swift). If you have experience with AR, physics formula implementation, social networking (text and/or video), or gamification - that's a plus.
