Very tired of working dead end temp jobs and looking for something closer home I have people I know here who have personally put there reps on the line for me at both places just need resume help to complete application their he personal are waiting for them and I have just been so busy

As being a dental assistant is very different from working as a machine operator, I highly recommend you craft two different resumes that serve to highlight how your background and experience make you a great fit for these roles.
A great online tool would be Resumenerd.com ...which basically walks you thru building a resume based on professionally designed templates designed to catch the eye of recruiters.
Another strategy would be to volunteer your time with organizations that would give you exposure to these crafts in order to build your skillset.
