Could someone please review my resume and give me feedback?

Jonathan Ramirez Lansing, KS

This resume is my first final draft and is not specific to any career field. I have applied for a mentor in ACP and I'm waiting for my acceptance to the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program. I will take any constructive criticism to ensure I'm getting my point across.

Hello Jonathan,
I would be happy to review your resume. Please feel free to send it over.
Please note that the best resume is one that's flexible for the job that you're applying for.
When you are applying for a job, there are key words that are sought out in a resume. These words should match the job description.
So, you need to tailor your resume to each job you apply to.
I hope this helps.
Warm regards,
Jerry

Jonathan-I second Jerry's thoughts. Resumes need to be targeted to the specific position rather than general. The reader is looking only for those people with the accomplishments related to their opening. It is not their job to try to figure out if your background fits.

Remember this is a buyer-seller interaction and you need to meet the buyer's needs.

Thank you for your service.
