We’re trying to find the right mentor(s) at Deloitte...

Our warrior focused venture capital backed startup HeroHomes.com is essentially a Zillow.com/Realtor.com for America’s and our fellow 23.3 MILLION military vets, but focused on correcting and leveraging the fact that nearly all of us don’t know we can use our up to a no-money-down $453,100 to $721,050 EACH of VA Loan Guaranty backed home buying power to buy and become resident/live-in landlords and small business owners in up to entire renewed or new communities anchoring all residential or mixed-use (i.e. with one commercial unit per property) income producing properties... and all in the midst of the best landlords’ market in 70+ years.

But other than “just” fixing America with an unrecognized and thus untapped up to $10-18 TRILLION (not a typo) of such Great American Renewal anchoring buying power, what we’re really all about from a business perspective is creating to facilitating to owning a new form Ginnie Mae MBS for the massive at $9T but arguably innovatively moribund FNMA, FDMC , and GNMA market, and thereby dare say creating the virtuous circle of material and scalable “killer app” of funding for vet empowered and empowering community-, economic-, citizen-, and housing-development.

So we could really use some likely senior level Deloitte mentor(s) from the finance, structured products, capital markets, impact investing, municipal finance (particularly distressed, and more specifically that related to Puerto Rico and any of the numerous cities struggling with unfunded pension liabilities), instititutional investing (particularly related to the re/insurance industry where $493B of FNMA, FDMC, GNMA are their safe but low returns core holdings), etc. if we could please get that.

Also we have a cryptocurrency based internationalization strategy — admittely not so humbly entitled World Peace CryptoBONDS, and focused on the world’s 650+M warriors — so any mentor(s) from related areas — e.g. international regulatory, tax, and accounting (with the latter being particularly relevant to our “escrowed ICOs” approach) — would be most appreciated also. And note we’ve been told why Deloitte’s announced partnership with Waves caused some internal heartburn, but we might be able to turn lemons into lemonade there.

Thanks for any help you could offer. And yes when we get to where we think we can get, we’ll be hiring a ton of vets... and directing the smart ones to Deloitte! ;-)
