I have a BS in biology, an MS in biochemistry, 200/200 scores on the Reading and Math PRAXIS and 185/200 on the Biology Content Knowledge PRAXIS. I cannot be a teacher because I do not have a certification. I also cannot get onto Troops to Teachers website because of security.

Yes, Troops to Teachers is a wonderful and knowledgeable support organization for those looking to get into the education field. I have had conversations with their representatives who were willing to come visit our campus and meet faculty and advisors in order to really get to know our programs in order to help their clients make good choices and know their options.
TTT has some financial support available also, which is especially helpful to those who have already used their VA education benefits. Because teaching requirements vary by state/region, you would be best served by contact them directly for someone in your particular area of the country.
In short, they get a thumbs up from me! Check them out further.
