What type of web site are you looking to create and for what purpose?

There are some online tools/sites for building a web site such as wix.com and squarespace.com. You don't have total control of what you do, but you also don't need to worry about development tools and a server to deploy too.

I like wix.com as it is free to sign up for and use. The fees come in when you want a custom domain name or want to use some of the extended features.
