Good Evening,
I am looking for a construction company located in the state of Colorado that would be interested in being the subject of a study on employee turnover in relation to job satisfaction. I am open to company size. My intent is to provide a quick survey (online) to be completed by all full-time employees working in the construction industry at one company.
I've had an extremely difficult time at locating a company as well as the decision making authority and would truly appreciate any assistance provided. This study is free to the company and the findings will be provided to help improve the company's employee retention program.

Have you tried connecting with the team over at GE Johnson? I believe they're headquartered in Colorado Springs, and they're a smaller firm than PCL so you might have more luck getting a foot in the door at the top.

I thank you for your response! That is definitely one of the companies I have tried. My troubles have been finding individuals that will call back or respond to written requests. I am certainly open at this point to move outside of the state of Colorado. I would focus on operations only in one state, but that variable is still flexible. If you have any ideas on this point, I'd be very interested in them.
