With the experience I have at working at fedex, will it be easier to get a job with USPS? If not what do you recommend?.

Hi John,
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. I would need more information about your background to give you advice. I'd like to speak with you on the phone. I am a career coach who has been working with military at no cost. My way of saying thank you.

Stay at FEDEX or get with UPS if you want to stay in that sector.

John, I believe that working for / with the private sector will be more rewarding than the postal service. The USPO has lost money ( your tax dollars ) several years in a row and is not as healthy as a FedEx or UPS type service provider. All 3 organizations will probably be here in 25 years delivering packages. In general, a poor performing department / individual / process is fixed faster or fired in a private or publicly held company than a government run group. Best of luck, Dave
