Lobsang-
Thanks for your service!
I would be happy to review your resume. If there is a specific Federal job opportunity that you are seeking, then please send me the link to the USAJOBS job announcement so I can help you tailor your resume to that position.
Please send both via private message at your convenience.
Thanks again!

Lobsang,
Instead of taking the traditional path of working for someone, why don't you take the path of providing products and services to the federal government. You can become a broker for multiple companies who provide product and services and match them to the government bids.
Lobsang -
Your credentials are a good start; however, I would like to offer you some insight.
In the US military, logistics are very important and operational planning lays the ground work for what supplies are needed when and where. In the open free market, this segment of the economy has been taken over by robots and computer algorithms that perform "Just In Time" placement of resources when and where they are needed. All the warehouse and now even the truck drivers are replaced with AI and robotics (Walmart, Amazon, UPS, FedEx are examples).
Therefore, to improve your marketability, I suggest you focus some effort on attaining key critical skills, like in the subject areas of AI or Cybersecurity.

Masters degrees are nice, but without the key-critical skills, they are not much use.
Hope this helps.

Lobsang,
It was nice to re-connect onboard the USS Intrepid during the live filming of the Halftime Report last week! It’s great to have read how many Advisors are willing to assist you with your federal resume- one local Advisor even offering to meet you in person to discuss - that’s real special! Feel free to send me a message if you’d like some templates and tips/pointers on federal resumes.
Best of luck this semester at Columbia University and let’s keep in touch!
All my best,
Rob
