I will be retiring the next 4 months and I am interested in been able to train and get experience in the civilian workforce. I'm seeking a manager position in counseling and mentoring. I will be a great addition to the team/company by coaching company personnel and the community. I quickly adapt to change, coach teams and plan setting goals. I would like to help personnel with their strengths and weaknesses to be successful in their professional and personal goals.
