I spent a lot of time in the Fall River area growing up, but have lived in Salt Lake City, UT for almost 20 years now so don't know companies in the area any more.
That said, in general, I would reach out to larger plastic injection molders in your area.

If they aren't interested in buying material directly from you, maybe ask who their regional plastic suppliers are, and reach out to them.
