Google loves video and photos, which trumps written information, in terms of rich content and increasing SEO. Also, adding as many relevant key words describing your business, will also help customers find you.
There is so much more to this and I recommend searching out professional advice from web developers working with others in your field. Check out your competitor's web sites for additional ideas that you can incorporate into yours.

Hey Jon - two things worth considering right off the bat SEO-wise:
1.) If it's not clearly written on your website, it doesn't exist. Google and the other search engines can't read your mind, and the Google computers read your site as novices. So, although things may seem overly basic to you, it's brand-new to those visiting your website (including both Google AND the human beings you're hoping to attract as your customers).
2.) The more quickly you can earn links to your site from reputable websites, the faster your website will grow in the Google rankings. Personally, I use HARO (Help A Reporter Out) to answer reporter questions and earn links from the websites where those reporters work. HARO is free, and it's awesome.
