How about considering a German company such as Bosch?
Consider interviewing for openings in NC and then inquire about German openings.
Google Bosch job openings - several are available esp. at the new factory in New Bern:
Chad, what kind of industry would you like to get into? UPS has locations there as either logistics, package handling, or aircraft maintenance. If any of those interest you, take a look at jobs-ups.com.
Chad, all of the major military contractors have positions that are in the European/Germany area. I would recommend going to sites such as Lockheed, Boeing, Booz Hamilton Allen. These and more should give you a start. Of course just googling "job opportunities with American companies in Germany" gets you a bunch of hits.
