project manager or human resources jobs in Houston area

Veteran

Paul Winton League City, TX

With the current state of the economy, does anyone know of a good resource that can assist in career transitioning in the Houston, Pasadena, league city, Galveston area? I have worked in the oil and gas sector for over 15 years and need stable employment. And advice or recommendations will be highly appreciated.

If you want to move out of the O&G sector. You can look at State Employment. TCEQ in Houston is a good option. It won't pay as well but it's steady. Also check out USAJOBS.com. There are several federal agencies that hire in that area. Both federal and state have slow employment processes but it's stable. Good luck
