Lee, in my book, "Elements of Selling" is a feedback program called "Business Calisthenics" These are exercises that tells employess what management needs to know about . . . and they can put in their comments without the fear of critisism or job security. With this feedback management gets information about what is not working or working well, what ideas employees have to fix it, what they might see as something new management might consider.
