It baffles me, how much or better said, how little the feedback is that comes from the entire hiring and application process. I am trying to get into a few different industries in a finance capacity but have yet to discover the correct formula. I humbly ask to have my most recent cover letter and resume reviewed, so that I may be able to gain a better understanding of my faults and/or issues.

Richard I would be glad to take a look also. Many times you have to "key in" on the job description and use the words they use when describing the job in your cover letter. Many resumes pass through a filtered process, not everyone has the time to read resumes anymore, so you have to make sure those key words are present when you apply.
