Hello Steven,
I know you probably have a lot of help by now, But I will be glad to help you review your resume and recommends where to post your resume.
Also, you need a cover letter with every resume you posted. I can help you with that as well.

Thank you for your service to our country. I agree about LinkedIn. It is a powerful tool for networking and job search but it must be done right. Send me your resume, your preferred work locations, and your targeted jobs in the supply chain and I will work with you to find a job. Here is my contact information. Tim@feemsters.com; 214-693-7689. You can connect with me on LinkedIn. Make sure you mention ACP AdvisorNet in your request to connect.

A resume is a good start.

1. A better option is to get on Linkedin. Linkedin.com is free. You can transfer your resume into Linkedin as your work history. Once you are in, search for Logistics recruiters. Once they get ahold of you they will look for positions that will be a good fit. Linkedin will also send you open positions around the world so make sure you have "looking for opportunities" checked in your profile. If you need someone to invite you in, look me up and send me a request to be added. I'm listed at D Carter.

2. Go to www.UPSjobs.com. Logistics is what we do. In the search criterea type in logistics and every position associated with UPS logistics around the world will appear (including management positions). If you find a position you are interested in, apply, then send me an email telling me so and I can help walk you through the process. If you find a position close to you but not necessarily in logistics, apply so you can get your foot in the door. Once you are in, you can explore how to get to your desired field. Almost everyone in the company (including myself) starts part time then move up from there.

Logistics is not my field, so instead of resume review.

I would suggest the following.
Up the game beyond sending resumes, buy few people in the field coffee and ask them
-What are the 3 crucial skills for success in that role? How are those checked for candidates?
-What is the career path for a specific role or two.

Will you like majority of the work in this role, now you have a goal.

-Find resumes or linkedin profiles in that role. Copy it and learn new things they know. Check their degrees & courses too.
-Apply through the people you met for coffee 2-4 weeks back for specifically that role.

All the best
Amit
