This is a classified position, requiring security clearance. The Production Supervisor will manager a small team and be responsible for leading the manufacturing operations in a composite layup, cure and surface finish related fabrication setting.

Ideal candidate will have hands on experience in a manufacturing environment in the following areas:

• Value Stream Activities
• Lean Manufacturing with strong emphasizing on continuous improvement, waste management
• Able to lead and train in areas of safety, compliance, quality, deliver and cost.

We are looking for a solid leader, able to motivate staff, build trust and respect. Not afraid to join the production line and work along side your team while still maintaining a sense of authority

Must have

• a degree from an accredited school
• have government clearance or ability to get clearance
• previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• experience working with polymers, composite
