Established and growing Escrow company in San Diego requires experienced escrow professionals to grow with team. This individual will be tasked with all escrow officer duties from opening to closing. This is an opportunity to work at a wonderful company with GREAT benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• See escrow process all the way through, from open to close, working with agents, buyers, sellers, banks and other parties
• Manage large active escrow pipeline
• Manage team of 1-3
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to multitask required
• 4+ years’ escrow experience required
• Must have experience with major real estate software
• High School Diploma or higher (bachelor’s ideal)
• Notary a plus
