We are a medium size high end cabinet shop looking to hire a field manager in our Charlotte market. You will directly manage our cabinet install team as well as our punch staff. You will report to the owner on job status and quality control. You will need to be able to handle 20-30 jobs at a time giving updates as to progress as well as looking for potentials problems in the work site. You will also be in charge of taking care of warranty work on previous jobs as well as assisting team in what ever it takes to get the job done. I'm looking for a person that can manage people as well as details and be able to report back in a clear and concise way the status in the field.

We are looking for a clean cut, professional looking person who will have customer contact at various times and will need to have good customer service skills. We are looking for a person who understands tools, loves to problem solve, loves to work, is handy and understands mechanical things. Pay is salaried and dependent on experience level. Benefits available. Company vehicle will be provided. Work day is mostly M-F.
