Opportunity

The RIA Specialist will become proficient in one to two core competencies of our managed account and trading platforms. The Specialist will take incoming calls from Eagle Advisors, their staff, and clients and act as a partner to facilitate transactions requests and account administration.

This role provides a rare opportunity to learn the inner workings of the wealth management division of a 176-year old, Fortune 100 company. During your career, you can complete internal and external courses and earn industry licenses and designations that will, over time, enable you to move to roles with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Learning and maintaining a strong working knowledge of multiple systems, products, and services
  • Providing subject matter expertise for third-party investment platforms to advisors, clients, and key business stakeholders
  • Identifying process improvements and implement solutions to build efficiencies and increase productivity
  • Responding to inquiries from Eagle Strategies Advisors
  • Assisting the Internal Consultant and Portfolio Specialist Teams with new cases by providing operational expertise
  • Adhere to a daily schedule dependent on business needs.
  • Required reporting of personal brokerage accounts and those of your household (i.e., if living with a parent or guardian).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Finance or Business discipline preferred
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in client service
  • Attain Series 7 within one year
    Interest in the wealth management/managed account industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
  • Broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management experience a plus
