Tampa Bay's leading concierge, Age-Management practice is seeking a patient focused Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant with an outgoing and uplifting attitude that has Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) experience to join our medical team. This is a Part-time position with the potential to transition to full time in the near future.

•Clinical experience preferred.
•Wellness, Age-Management, or Urology experience is a plus.
•Regenerative therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

•Diagnose and treat hormone imbalances and deficiencies.
•Prescribe and monitor medications as allowed by the FL Board of Nursing.
•perform Aesthetics, for example; Botox and Juvaderm injections, threading and fillers
•Perform diagnostics and therapeutic protocols including GAINSWave and other ED and sexual wellness treatments.
•Obtain patients’ relevant health and medical histories.
•Perform physical exams.
•Document’s findings in the medical record.
•Evaluate laboratory and other diagnostic tests.
•Develop treatment plans.
•Experience with P-shot/O-shot a plus
