Job Responsibilities:
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a cleared Service Desk Technician to support the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) on-site in Lake Charles, New Orleans, LA. The MCEN is the Marine Corps’ network‐of‐networks and approved interconnected network segments. It comprises people, processes, logical and physical infrastructure, architecture, topology and Cyberspace Operations. The MCEN provides network services to forward deployed forces operating in the USMC.mil namespace and in USMC routable IP addresses; and Operations and Maintenance functions that provision data transportation, enterprise IT, network services, and boundary defense.

The ESD Technician will support 24x7 operations and duties will include:

Responding to customer calls and executing scripts
Troubleshooting, resolving, and/or escalating technical issues
Opening and closing IT Help Desk tickets
Correlating events and incidents for management of IT services
Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in Information Technology customer service
Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience with IT ticketing systems
Experience meeting service goals and targets
Current DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification
Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
