About the Job:
We have an amazing opportunity in our Broomfield Colorado office as a Category Commercial Analyst for Premium Dairy. You will be responsible for supporting our Category Commercial Managers across all our portfolios (Refrigerated, Aseptic, All other Dairy + Innovation). You will get the opportunity to serve as a strategic partner and support the team with analytical reporting to drive strategic insights and stories. This position requires strong data analytic skills and effective communication.
Deliver strategic materials
Drive agenda and support material creation for key business readouts such as monthly business reviews, all sales calls, and national sales meetings
Support Category Marketing and Commercial Category Managers in developing the brand/category stories by providing fact-based insights and data
Identify business building opportunities across Premium Dairy segments for long term growth of brands and customers
Convert analytical reports into insights
Execute key business reports to support merchandising activity, assortment tracking, and promotional planning
Identify customer planning opportunities through leveraging P&L tools to determine gaps between plans and deployment
Implement execution reports to understand forecasted distribution growth versus actualized
Partner cross functionally
Act as a liaison between the Commercial team and the enterprise
Assist in product development through innovation routing via spec sheet, pricing, and channel segmentation set-up
Own delivering of key materials for the commercial team such as one-pagers, all sales materials, monthly business slides, and readouts for internal use
About You:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
You have at least 1-3 years of experience within CPG
Knowledge of syndicated data such as IRI, Nielsen, SPINs
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive insights from data
Proficient in Excel and ability to combine multiple data sources
Excellent planning and organizational skills, including strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Occasional travel

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
