Do you pay great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet urgent deadlines? The Department of Human Services' Office of General Counsel is looking for a Legal Assistant to work in a fast-paced professional legal office.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

This position provides administrative and clerical support within the Department of Human Services' Office of General Counsel's Harrisburg office. This position also provides telephone coverage of the office's main telephone line and opens, logs and distributes all mail, including contracts. This position also provides administrative support to staff in general, as needed.

The position handles a variety of tasks and pays close attention to detail and deadlines in a professional office environment.

Work Hours and Additional Information:
•Full-time employment.
•Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Monday - Friday; 1 hour lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY:

Qualifications:
•Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years of responsible clerical, enforcement or investigative work; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training.
