Technology Project Manager
Full Time Travel
The Technology Project Manager will manage several large cross company technical initiatives simultaneously to successful completion: scope, time, and quality.
In this high profile individual contributor role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure the scope and acceptance criteria are clear and measurable, work with teams to define solutions and work estimates, plan and drive work efforts. You will manage technology projects that require you to understand software, infrastructure, processes, and regulatory requirements, such that you actively contribute to the solution and can verify all deliverables meet the needs. As the communication hub, you coordinate work efforts, promote awareness, provide accurate status, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities:
●Lead high-profile complex projects from initiation to completion.
●Work directly with stakeholders across the organization to fully understand the business needs, define scope, refine acceptance criteria, and set expectations.
●Partner with teams across the organization to define solutions that meet the needs.
●Create a working plan to deliver on expectations, with clear iterative milestones, KPIs, decision gates, and within budget.
●Carefully coordinate teamwork across the organization, to ensure alignment of expectations and work efforts; especially hand offs between functional areas.
●Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
●Manage and track all project work efforts in a transparent manner.
●Monitor progress and make adjustments to plan as needed.
●Exercise broadly delegated authority to mitigate risks, quickly and effectively resolving issues that arise.
●Promote awareness and communicate effectively to stakeholders of all levels, including the c-suite, providing status updates.
●Research, analyze, and learn technical concepts necessary to understand and deliver projects successfully, including but not limited to: software, infrastructure, and regulatory.
●Foster positivity across the teams and adherence to core values, while having fun getting to the goal of successful project completion.

●Working understanding of many Healthcare Regulations and Standards such as: HIPAA, HITECH, MACRA, Cures Act, HL7 (inc FHIR), SOC 2, and other similarly applicable.
●Knowledgeable in SaaS Software and Hosting paradigms, including but not limited to Agile methods such as Scrum, Service and Event based architectures, APIs, and Cloud Hosting in AWS.
Education and Experience Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree in a technology related field preferred.
●Agile Certification a plus.
●PMI or equivalent is desirable.
●7+ years of project management experience delivering projects successfully.
●Experience Healthcare Regulations, Standards, SaaS Software and Hosting paradigms
●Experienced with project management tools such as SmartSheet.
●Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
●Experienced Agile practitioner
Work Environment / Physical demands/ Travel Requirements:
●Ability to travel to client sites when needed
●Ability to lift 5-10 pounds occasionally.
●Ability to utilize communication tools including computer, telephone.
●Significant amount of sitting and standing on a daily basis.
