What You’ll Do:

• Provide System and Application Account Administration including, but not limited to, Active Directory, Courion, IBM iSeries and Exchange.
• Manage production control team’s help desk queue.
• Provide Windows System Administration including managing patch life cycle.
• Administer and maintain desktop images.
• Responsible for performing corporate desktop engineering functions including build, testing, and 3rd level support for end user laptop hardware and Windows operating systems.
o Experience with:
▪ Microsoft Windows 10 OS
▪ Lenovo laptop hardware (T4xx, X1 Carbon)
▪ Lexmark printing
• Management of the following technology:
o Active Directory
o IBM ISeries access control
o Exchange
o Office 365
o Windows desktop and operating system standards
o Power Shell Scripting and package deployment software
o Global Networking concepts

You’ll Need to Have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in day to day troubleshooting to support end users
• 3+ years of experience diagnosing, and correcting issues related to desktop hardware and software
• Prior experience and expertise working with Courion System (highly preferred)
• Prior experience working with Microsoft Active Directory design and administration
• Experience with desktop/PC support, including support related to Window OS, email, and Microsoft office applications and related Active Directory
• Fundamental knowledge of network connectivity and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent interpersonal skills that promote a positive team environment and the support of international teams
• Familiar with PowerShell scripting and automation of admin functions is a plus
• Prior experience with vulnerability remediation and system hardening for servers and user endpoints
