Team Purpose & Impact:

The People Team is breaking down internal functional walls by building agile teams responsible for key, prioritized projects that deliver value to the business and respond to dynamic business and people needs. Like a consulting group, our project teams solve ambiguous, unstructured problems, and work cross-functionally to design and deliver creative, innovative solutions and services. The Agile methodology accelerates our delivery speed, engages the capabilities of the whole team, and puts our people first in all design decisions.

Project teams solve priority needs that advance the business strategy, working across all HR domains including, but not limited to, Talent, Culture, Organizational Effectiveness, Total Rewards, Analytics and M&A.

Position Description:

The People Project Lead drives the project vision, planning, ideation, and delivery. They are responsible for stakeholder engagement, execution of key priorities, change implementation, and managing the project team day-to-day. They solve complex problems and lead others to do so.

Qualifications: Relevant experience leading strategic projects and teams. Advanced proficiencies in the following skills.

Project Management: Plan and execute the work using agile techniques, taking an incremental and iterative approach while emphasizing teamwork. Proactively ensure project outcomes are achieved against the agreed-to timeline.
Problem Solving: Identify and address business issues by applying pragmatic, results-driven problem solving techniques and creative insights. Use a human-centered approach to solve problems and experiment.
Business Acumen: Apply business fundamentals – finance, marketing, commercial, etc. – to link the role the People function plays in conjunction with other functions and the business.
Storytelling: Structure, create, influence, and deliver information that drives others to action by presenting ideas in an effective, clear, and compelling way. Make the complex simple via impactful narratives.
Relationship Management: Develop enduring, trust-based relationships with people at all levels, internally and externally.
Data & Digital Fluency: Collect, synthesize, and analyze a variety of data types and leverage visualization tools to uncover hidden patterns, unknown correlations, and other useful information to draw insights that inform evidence-based decision-making and drive action. Understand core HR systems.
