This particular position is intended for a knowledgeable individual with COMSEC Security (COMSEC) more specifically with Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) experience who will support the modernization and ensures the uninterrupted availability of multiple critical components in support of a customer which operates both CONUS and OCONUS. Through the use of innovated approaches, your system and network experience and skills will be challenged by providing day to day support to an ever-growing multitasking work environment. In this fast-paced environment, you will routinely work directly with Government Logistic Support Team, DoD Controlling Authorities, Analyst, Government and Industrial Security/COMSEC Professionals, Program Management, Company Supply Chain, various Type-1 MFRs, Fleet Support Units/KOAMs, Local Elements enabling their ability to respond to emerging world events. Candidates must have an active Top Secret SSBI security clearance and be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI security clearance and pass a polygraph. This multi-faceted COMSEC position will be responsible for support the receipt, custody, issuance, safeguarding, accounting, training (creating/education), account to account transfers, loading various COMSEC hardware, and assist with the development of new and updating existing processes/procedures for KMI. Conduct account audits and coordinate with government and National Security Agency (NSA), and KMI Program Office to facilitate COMSEC inspections/audits with local KMI account and Fleet Support sites. This position will include some traveling in support of the Program's Field Operations. All aspects of Sr. Industrial Security Specialist position will report directly and support the COMSEC Account Manager/KOAM, in addition, the COMSEC/KMI candidate will also provide support some program support to the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).

Required Skills:
•1 - 2 years plus experience in Special Access Programs (SAP) community
•4 years plus experience in Communication Security (COMSEC) community
•Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
•Full understanding of NSA/CSS Manual 3-16
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient computer skills
•Well organized with proven ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
•Active Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Certification (Certificate)
•2 – 3 years plus experience as an Alternate KOAM and/or KOAM
•Active DoD 8570.01M Certification (Certificate) and/or Security+
Desired Skills:
•Experience with Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) – B and the entire EKMS series
•Experience with Committee on National Security Systems (CNSSI) Number 4005◦Safeguarding Communication Security (COMSEC) Facilities and Materials

•Experience with Committee on National Security Telecommunications and Information Systems Security (NSTISSI) Number 4001◦Controlled Cryptographic Items

•Experience with handling, loading and software updates of various electronic key loaders (KIK-20, SKL, KYK-11)
•Experience with TACLANE management/networking/troubleshooting, and load/fill procedures
•Experience with the ordering of COMSEC Material (Electronic Keymat, Codebooks, and Equipment)
•Experience with the management, initial installation and updates of Secure Terminals (STEs)
•Experience with installation and management of vIPers
•Previous US Government Customer interactions a plus
•Flexible work hours and availability for some travel
•Excellent attention to detail, time management and follow-through
•Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Proven ability to successfully work under pressure
•Security + Certificate or the ability to obtain within the 1st year of service.
•COMSEC and EKMS experience
Required Education (including Major):
•High school diploma and 12 years directly related working experience or
•Associate's degree and 8 years directly related working experience or
•Bachelor’s degree 4 years directly related working experience or
•Master’s degree and 2 years of directly related working experience

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
